How to sign up
You are welcome to begin class at any time-even in the middle of a session. Just leave a message at the Yoga Room room or email Emily if possible. Please check the website regularly for any updates or changes in classes or schedules. Hope to see you in class!
Preparing for Class
Wear comfortable clothing easy to stretch in. We gladly provide mats, sitting pillows, props, and blankets. Please remove your shoes at the door. It is a good idea not to eat a heavy meal before class. Please notify the instructor if you have a chronic or limiting condition prior to class.
Make-ups
Classes may be made up at any time during the same session. You may make up in advance of an anticipated absence. No refunds.Parking and Location When it is lovely outside feel free to use the lots in the back if the gate is open. There is a parking garage across the street- the entrance is on 5th Street. This lot is free if you leave after 5:00p.m. -even when you get a ticket to get inside. There is street parking on 4th Street as well as on Felix. There is also parking behind the Yoga Room off of Edmond Street.
