Breathe with mindfulness.

Class Descriptions:
Hatha
: Flowing, relaxation yoga working to lengthen the spine and bring peace to the mind. 

Advanced Asana: This class is suitable for those who have been taking regular yoga classes. Between beginner and vinyasa. Spend more time in poses that require strength and balance. A wonderful class for learning deeper, stronger asanas (poses) and attaining physical, mental and spiritual balance. (Emily)
Relaxation/Beginner:
The perfect class to learn to relax and breathe properly.  Welcome beginner and continuing students for mental relaxation and physical wellness. Great for learning to stretch deep muscles and soft tissues.  (Emily)
Vinyasa:  In a slightly warm room we perform flowing asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing). This class includes forms of Ashtanga yoga with Hatha yoga.  A challenge for the physical, mental and spiritual self. Heat generating in this class flushes out toxins and develops external form and strength. The use of the breath to connect the postures requires an intense mental focus. Learn the Sanskrit names also to all the poses too. (Emily)

Flowing Yoga for All Levels: Great class for all! Lorie will provide many modifications for postures for beginning and advanced students. This 60 minute class includes various breathing techniques, an active asana practice, ending in relaxation. With regular practice a student can gain strength, flexibility and a more balanced mind.  (Lorie)
Kundalini: This breath intensive class seeks to uplift, encourage and aid individuals toward the realization of their goals through fundamental tools of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. She will help you developing and harnessing the breath, the creative potential within and the ability of directing your life toward your specific goal. (Susan)

Prices (suggested)
Yoga Classes- $9/class from the day you begin to the end of the 2 month session. $15 for a one time class. Meditation Groups: Free will donation.

Every Second Wednesday:  Meeting the second Weds of the month starting 2008!  Mindfulness meditation practice.
Led by Dr. Russell Phillips.  Come for relaxation! 6:30-7:30p.m.


Sunday Meditation Group:This is a weekly meditataion with a buddhist influence, with readings from Tao te Ching and tribal religions. We do sitting meditation, then read and discuss. 6:30-7:30p.m.
